Paths to Peace

Let there be peace on Earth, and let it begin with me....

This school year marks the beginning of our 8th year of programming! We are returning to one of our favorite themes: Paths to Peace. Our discussions on peace building empower each student to realize how they can create these pathways by focusing on harmony, unity, tolerance, and cooperation on a daily basis. We explore how each quality and unique area of focus can contribute to a more peaceful and sustainable global community.

We have the unique opportunity this fall to submit artwork that will be on display, and be given as gifts, at the Nobel Laureate Summit. The submissions include students' pledges of peace and artwork reflecting their dreams of peace. To follow our journey into each of our participating classrooms this fall, visit our blog.
